The Department of Preventive Advice of OQ Legal in the face of the prevailing high level of litigation in the restorative field, which is marked by uncertainty and lack of effective response, offers a different vision for the minimization and/or avoidance of conflicts from a purely preventive, predictive and anticipatory approach to legal disputes.

Litigation, Mediation and Arbitration

The Litigation, Mediation and Arbitration Department of OQ Legal, when a preventive approach is not possible or convenient, provides -in its areas of practice- the service of legal representation in administrative proceedings, mediation hearings and in judicial or arbitral proceedings in order to enforce our clients' rights.

This activity involves acting in all administrative, arbitrary and judicial instances, even before the Supreme Court of Justice of Argentina, in defense of the rights and interests of each of our clients.

Billing Management

OQ Legal Collections Department provides asset recovery management services on a pre-judicial, extra-judicial and judicial basis through a procedure manual created for such purposes, allowing the effective and efficient management of small and large debt portfolios whether they are from defaulters, individuals, commercial companies or the State itself.

The debt management process focuses on contacting debtors through different communication channels (phone, e-mails, sms, letters, Whatsapp) to inform them of their situation and the obligation to pay, offering integrated regularization and payment options.

Likewise, the debtor is irrefutably summoned for the purposes of effective compliance with the debt; if it is impossible to collect the debt out of court, and after an exhaustive evaluation of the financial situation of the debtor, the judicial process is continued by means of seizure and execution of the debtor's assets.

The Evictions and Launches Department of OQ Legal provides the management service in order to quickly obtain the free availability of people and things from the property through agile and effective extra judicial, prejudicial and/or judicial tasks against those who do not have the right to occupy it.
